Right now, my state allows doctors to lie to you about diseases your baby has while you are pregnant. I would abolish that.
ReplyDeleteI'd promote much tougher penalties and more vigilance for animal abuse.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Brooke above, marriage equality is a must.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely marriage equality.
ReplyDeleteAbortion
ReplyDeletei'd make a law where if you can't afford to pay your debt off after 7 or 10 years, it gets erased.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely allow gay marriage.
ReplyDeleteI would make harder laws about sex offenders
ReplyDeletemarriage equality
ReplyDeleteI would like to make a law that punishes animal abusers more harshly than the laws we have now.
ReplyDeleteGet rid of laws that protect violent criminals
ReplyDeleteUgh this is a hard question because I'm in Law School and think there are too many laws and that people have a huge misconception about what laws actually say and do. If I had to think of a law I didn't agree with it would be the 1996 Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act which basically had nothing to do with Terrorism and everything to do with getting rid of Federal Habeas (which I think is rather important). Ok, getting off my soap box now!
ReplyDeleteWOW I have honestly never thought about this... lol... I do have to go with making marriage between same sex equal. This is a subject very close to my family and it would just be great to see it passed.
ReplyDeletePaying property taxes...my family's increases so much each year and it is hard to keep up. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMarriage equality and equal pay for women.
